This essence assists us in meeting the challenges that parenting presents. To parent successfully, without demanding that our children live up to our expectations or fulfill our own frustrated desires, requires understanding and a wider perspective.

Parenting Essence enables us to bring wisdom to the experience, to honour our offspring for the individuals they are and to support them in their growth while simultaneously respecting our own needs. It also enables us to parent the inner child within us.
