Adolescent Essence

Adolescence is a difficult time. Torn between the push into being grown-up, independent and responsible and the pull to remain little and to be nurtured and cared for, it is small wonder that problems arise.

To further complicate matters, we all have within us an inner adolescent (as well as an inner child), a part of us that has crystalized in that phase, which can be most disruptive as he or she makes their presence felt in our daily lives. This aspect of ourselves needs to be met and loved.

Adolescent Essence supports and harmonizes the passage through adolescence – it is a great aid to parents of teenagers – and it also enables us to nurture the adolescent within us.
