Yellowwood Essence

This essence is for the leader. It allows the emergence of the positive qualities of leadership – the directedness and focus, the enthusiasm, the ability to inspire others, the charisma and willingness to take responsibility joyfully while balancing the negative potentials. There are pitfalls on the path of leadership – grandiosity and self-importance on the one hand and abuse of authority or self-pity, as a result of burdens and onerous responsibilities undertaken, on the other.
